Still boxing at 60, and I’m not planning on stopping any time soon!
Life Hasn’t Stopped for me at 50, or at 60!
Can’t stop, won’t stop!
Staying fit is a must as we get older.
You don’t have to do anything crazy though like boxing!
Just keep your body moving, stay active, keep your muscles strong, your joints flexible, and take care of your heart too.
