Harvesting Potatoes at Farmer Joe’s!

I absolutely love, love, love being at Farmer Joe’s!

We planted the buds or ‘eyes’ of the potatoes that sprout and grow into plants in October 2021, and today they were ready to be harvested (and eaten!).

This was my first crop of potatoes that I actually grew with my own two hands, so it was really exciting for me to dig them out!

This is the final result ready to be baked!

They were absolutely delicious!

Seriously, you could taste the freshness. No chemicals used, just good quality fertilizer.
