Just a few words about me
I’m a 61 years young, mom to two grown-up children, and I’m a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Alkaline Diet Adviser, and Life Coach (MCMA).
When I turned 50, I quickly realized that to be able to live the next chapter of my life to the fullest, I would need to ensure my good health and mobility.
Adopting a healthy lifestyle has helped me to achieve overall well-being, and regular exercise helps keep my body fit and strong. My energy giving diet includes foods that are rich in antioxidants, complex carbs, healthy fats, and plant-based proteins. I also take supplements like wheatgrass, turmeric, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C.
I love being in nature, I hike for hours on end, and I travel to new countries at every opportunity I get. For me, ‘Life Doesn’t Stop at 50’ is about filling my ‘bags of life’ with beautiful moments and making every moment count. Creating new experiences and memories, and having fun and enjoying life, while gracefully accepting the changes that will come with age.
