Wild Asparagus!
I went for a walk with Farmer Joe, and we picked some wild asparagus!
I just lightly cooked it with some olive oil, and salt and pepper, and my oh my, it was just so good!
Wild asparagus is a good source of fiber, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, and iron, vitamins A, C, K, and several B-complex vitamins.
