Today’s hike: The Teisha tis Madaris Nature Trail!

A truly stunning nature trail!
Tall, vertical rocks (the Teisha) stand out as huge natural walls that can be seen along the whole length of the nature trail.

A few words about today’s hike:
These vertical rocks were formed from the process of erosion that has been going on for millions of years.

The Teisha is a multi-vein system that was formed by the penetration and solidification of magma in channels and chambers under supernatant volcanoes on the ocean floor from the removal of tectonic plates at divergent boundaries.

Altitude difference: 190 metres
