Nature, the best doctor for our mind & soul!

My (very) early morning walk in the park, one of my most favorite things to do on a Sunday morning.

The sound of the birds chirping, the scent of nature, and the peace and quiet, is always the best therapy for me to unwind and release all the stress of the week.

Benefits of Walking:

If you want to exercise, but you don’t want to go to the gym, just find some simple ways to add some movement to your day.

Walking is a perfect exercise for all ages, and it’s an activity that you can do for free, anywhere you live.

It’s easy on your joints, great for your heart and lungs, it helps to relieve muscle tension and to lower blood pressure, and it can also help to keep our joints flexible and our muscles strong.

Take caution: You should always speak with your doctor first and get a full medical check-up before taking up any form of exercise. Your doctor will advise you on your limits and abilities as well as what you should avoid, especially if you have existing health problems or are taking medication.
