My go-to wrap!

I eat lots of wraps, not only because I can fill them with so many nutritious ingredients, but also because they’re great to eat on the go!

For this wrap, I added:

Hummus: for my daily dose of protein, vitamins C, E, and B6, zinc, iron, and magnesium

Arugula (rocket leaves): rich in antioxidants, calcium, folate, vitamins A, C, and K

Red peppers: vitamins A, C, E, and K, folate, and potassium

Sweet potatoes: high in fiber and antioxidants (carotenoids), plus they’re rich in vitamins A, C, E, B5 and B6, potassium, magnesium, and niacin

Red onions: an excellent source of antioxidants and vitamin C, B6, folate, and potassium

Avocados: high in monounsaturated fats making them anti-inflammatory. They are a great source of vitamins C, E, B6, and K, they contain potassium, folate, and magnesium, and are also rich in fiber
