Broccoli is a huge part of the ‘Alkaline Diet’ that I follow.

I eat it roasted, steamed, and raw!

Broccoli pretty much goes in many of my dishes, especially in curries, casseroles, stir-frys, pasta, rice, soups and salads, and of course, it’s always a star in my Buddha bowl!
