Time to recharge my batteries!

Looking after our health is not just about exercising and eating healthily.

It’s about looking after our mental health too.

Good health = good physical and good mental health.

Make sure that you rest, recover, and recharge your batteries at the end of each week.

Do things that can help you to release stress.

Do things that make you smile.

Do things that make you happy.

Do things for YOU.

And, protect your inner peace at all costs.

Your heart, mind, and soul must always be your number one priority.

Remove, wherever possible, toxic people, toxic situations, negativity, and always avoid getting involved in other people’s drama (it’s not your circus and they’re not your monkeys).

If you want to make any kind of change that will make you feel happier and healthier, it’s actually quite simple.

The golden rule is:

“Just don’t overthink things”.

All you have to do is literally start.

And the rest will follow.

We are always waiting for the ‘right time’ (unfortunately, the time will never be ‘right’).

We will always have some kind of ‘reason’ as to why we can’t do something now.

And there will always be something ‘going on’ in our lives.

Keep it simple. Just start where you are, make small changes, one step at a time, and do as much as you can.
