3 Reasons to eat Peanut Butter! (apart from the fact that it’s delicious!)
It’s a great source of:
- Protein
- Vitamin B6
- Omega-3 fats (healthy fats)
It also contains niacin, folate, and vitamin E.
I add peanut butter to my breakfast oats, cakes, cookies, muffins, and puddings, on crackers with banana or topped on apple slices, in my smoothies for an extra protein boost, or just straight from the spoon as a yummy treat!
Any way you eat it, it’s simply delicious!
